MERRY CHRISTMAS

I wanted to take a few minutes and make a post to show our tree this year.

My nieces have decorated this tree.  Cortlynn is 12 and Cara 9.  They spent a lot of time getting it just right.  I think they did a fabulous job.  They had such a good time.

So very sweet!  I love it when they get along and play nice.  Anyone who knows siblings knows that this is not an every day occasion.  I'm glad they came together to get this done.

I also want to take a minute and ask for your prayers.  This has been a very difficult holiday season for the people in our church.  There have been many deaths and such sorrow that I wanted to ask you for a general prayer to reach out to those who are in need.  So many people find this to be a hard time of year and I would like to remember them in our prayers.

I hope you have a blessed Christmas and remember the reason behind it.  The birth of Jesus Christ is celebrated this time of year.  He is our Savior and Redeemer.  I pray that He is in your up-most thoughts and actions.  It's not about shopping and how much you spend.  It's about His love for us and being with our families.

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR
